  1. Does a piercing hurt?

    The sensation of pain depends on the location and your personal tolerance. Most customers describe it as a short, sharp sting that lasts only one to two seconds. We work gently and precisely to make the process as comfortable as possible.

  2. How long does it take for a piercing to heal?

The healing time varies depending on the type of piercing:

  1. Earlobes: 6–8 weeks

  2. Cartilage (helix, tragus, rook, etc.): 3–6 months

  3. Belly button: 6–12 months

  4. Face piercings: 6–12 weeks We will provide you with individual care instructions to support quick and healthy healing.

  1. What materials do you use for the jewelry?

We only use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials such as implant titanium, surgical stainless steel and solid gold. This minimizes the risk of irritation or allergic reactions.

  1. Can I bring my own jewelry?

For initial piercings, we recommend our sterile, tested jewelry to ensure safety and optimal healing. Once healing is complete, you are welcome to have your own jewelry inserted.

  1. How should I care for my new piercing?

    1. Clean twice daily with sterile saline solution.

    1. Do not touch with unwashed hands.

    2. Keep hair, make-up and skin care products away from the area.

    3. Avoid swimming pools, lakes and saunas during healing.

  1. What should I do if my piercing becomes infected?

Slight redness and swelling are normal in the first few days. If you experience persistent pain, discharge or severe swelling, please contact us immediately. We will advise you on the next steps or refer you to a medical professional if necessary.

  1. Can I have multiple piercings done in one session?

Yes – depending on the placement and your body's ability to heal. We will discuss the options during the consultation.


  1. Do you also do piercings for minors?

    We perform piercings on individuals aged 16 and above without parental consent. We only offer genital piercings to individuals aged 18 and above. For customers under the age of 16, piercings are possible with written consent and the presence of a parent, depending on the type and location of the piercing.

  2. How do I book a piercing appointment in St. Gallen?

    You can book online, by telephone or directly at the studio. Walk-ins are possible if our piercer is available – however, booking an appointment guarantees your spot.
